What CallGuard is

CallGuard answers missed phone calls for local home service businesses using an AI assistant, collects service request details, and passes them to the business you called.

Information we collect

When you call a participating business: your phone number, call recordings and transcripts (calls are announced as recorded), text messages you exchange with us, and the service details you provide (name, address, problem description). When you submit our contact form: the details you enter.

How it is used

Solely to fulfill your service request: routing your job to the business you called, confirming details with you by text, and helping the business follow up. Recordings and transcripts are reviewed for quality and to make sure your request was handled correctly.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone other than the business you contacted and the service providers needed to operate (telephony, voice AI, and email processing). We do not use your information for marketing.

Retention and deletion

Records are kept while the business you contacted remains a CallGuard customer and as required for their records. To request deletion of your data, contact [email protected] with the phone number you called from.
